This architect-designed home was built to maximize its spectacular views from all the major rooms in the house. Whether reclining on the living room sofa, preparing a snack in the kitchen or lazing about in bed, the view is just a glance away – and perhaps you’ll get a glimpse of eagles or orcas, too.
Pender Island Sunset Retreat is a bright and roomy split-level home with two bedrooms, three piece bath, kitchen and living room on the main levels, master bedroom with en suite, guest bedroom, and games room on the lower levels.
The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove (including a grill unit and self-cleaning oven), and washer and dryer along with many small appliances to assist the
cook(s): coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, even an electric can opener. The kitchen’s proximity to the large deck makes it very easy to serve al fresco meals, too.

And, of course, there are the many trails and beach walks on Pender, galleries and little shops dotted throughout the
Penders, the disc park and the golf course, tennis courts, and horseback riding, swimming, cycling and kayaking. The Community Hall offers entertainment, too, from the Saturday Farmers’ Institute Market to theatre and concerts.
