Otter Cove Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two singles, a modern kitchen which includes a microwave, a living room with fold-out futons for an additional two guests, stereo, woodburning stove, and a full bathroom with shower/bathtub. Your welcome basket contains a bounty of farm fresh eggs, homemade jam, and fresh island bread.

Sitting in the lower field of a forty acre hobby farm owned by Drew and Lynn Thorburn, Otter Cove Cottage is a perfect place to explore the local forest trails or the coastline with its many seabirds and ocean life. The cottage lies a stone's throw away from your own private beach and dock, suitable for deep water moorage. A small rowboat and two ocean kayaks are at your disposal for exploring the nearby islets and shoreline or for just fishing
the day away.
Salt Spring Island is the largest of the Southern Gulf Islands and has an unlimited number of things to do. Swim in the beautiful freshwater lakes, hike the mountains for the spectacular views, shop for the many types of unique island crafts, eat in any of the fine restaurants, explore the Ganges Saturday Market, or attend a cultural event at the newly opened Artspring Theatre. In addition, Salt Spring is a short ferry and car ride to Victoria and Southern
Vancouver Island and to the many things there are to do there.
